About Isobel Parsons
Hi, I’m Isobel Parsons — a Women’s Performance Nutritionist practising at Bounce Matters in Manly.
I work with active women of all levels — from runners, gym-goers, team sport players, to busy women rebuilding consistency — who want better energy, recovery, strength and body composition, without extreme rules or complicated plans.
My background is in Human Nutrition and Sports Nutrition, and I’m passionate about translating evidence into simple actions that fit real life. I’ve spent the last 5+ years working across the health and food industry, including supporting performance environments in England such as the London Pulse Netball Academy.
My style is structured but flexible: we focus on a few high-impact levers, build consistency, and adjust based on what’s happening in your actual week — not what looks perfect on paper.
